We used only the finest grade NPG Isopthalic gelcoats and resins, maintaining high gloss finish for years, providing maintenance and trouble free service.
 

Hand Lay-Up Construction
Each boat is handcrafted with perfect consistency and uniformity of lamination, resulting in optimum glass to resin ratio and providing more strength and better performance.
 

Syntactic Foam Construction
Exceptionally high quality laminate material gives extra strength, and does not absorb water, gas or diesel fuel, ensuring that there is rotting or chemically degradation.
 

In The Mold Curing
Stringer and bulkheads are installed while the hull is in the mold, all fiberglass parts are then allowed to properly cure before being pulled from the mould, this ensures a true running surface and a proper fit of all parts.
 

Unitized Hull To Deck Joint
Using only state-of-the-art fiberglass fusion adhesives on all innerliners and hull to deck joints provides exceptional flexibility, durability, impact strength and resistance to fuels, chemical and water.
 

Anodized Aluminium Fuel Tanks
All welded anodized aluminum tanks are structurally supported by and secured to the stringer system. These tanks are pressure tested before, during and after installation to ensure years of trouble free service.
